Where to view Mark's most current work...

Totem Pole
Commissioned by the Lively Organic Farm in Eugene, this piece was handcarved in cedar, using traditional methods and handmade traditional tools; it tells the story and honors the journey of its owners.

Canby Traffic Island
A dangerous crosswalk has been made safer and more beautiful for the City of Canby! Pedestrians and schoolchildren can now walk through a school of bronze salmon swimming through their re-created river rock streambed and marvel at the life-size figures glowing in their golden patina (the surface finish of the bronze).

Kalapuya Stones
In 2009, Mark received the great honor of being chosen to complete the group of stones honoring the native Kalapuya people. These stones, located in the Whilamut Natural Area of Alton Baker Park, are inscribed with a Kalapuya word and the English translation, and provide a historical appreciation of the early inhabitants of this area.

Bronze Cabinet and Furniture Hardware
Mark has now introduced custom bronze hardware from the Studio in a variety of designs and sizes. Chown Hardware, in Portland, is the exclusive outlet for his new line; contact the studio to inquire about individualized custom designs

Canby Medallion
The City of Canby, Oregon, is now recognized by its signature bronze medallion at the entrance of the city. Mark created this 3 dimensional mural of sights and scenes which represent the spirit of the city; see how many of its agricultural products you can identify! The medallion design will continue to be used as a symbol of the city in many other ways as well.
